Watching TV on the computer
I think I will have TV-out as well. I just can't use the TV tuner, which is no big deal. In the end, of all the devices on my computer the TV tuner and the sound card were the only things that didn't have a driver somewhere. I had to hunt down a couple of them, but now everything's hunky!

... a new tv I have thrown more cga /ega monitors away than I care to mention. vga is by far a better option and all you would need to do is add a TV tuner card information that would allow me to design my own device that would allow an EGA monitor to display TV video signals coming in from an RCA type cable.
